FOR SELF DISCOVERY IN ENERGETICS, INTUITION, AND EXPANSION -
HERE WE SET INTENTION FOR THE DAY, AND DISCOVER WHAT IT IS YOU WANT TO FOCUS ON

- The Afternoon -

1pm
+ A 4 hour carefully curated solo schedule for relaxation, reset, and manifesting your desires
plus WhatsApp check-ins with me throughout 

I CAREFULLY AND SPECIFICALLY CREATE AN AFTERNOON SCHEDULE THAT WILL EASE YOU INTO RELEASE,
RELAXATION, AND THEN INTO IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DIRECTION WE SET TOGETHER IN THE MORNING

During our initial consultation, we will outline what it is that you'd like to achieve during The Retreat.

 

Example intentions:

no movement - just baths, meditation, and breathwork or sound healing would be scheduled

 

+ discovery of ideas + manifesting desires

yoga movement, podcasts and goal setting journalling would be recommended
